Cinnamon Swirl Bread

This is a super quick cinnamon swirl bread made from a batter that is wonderfully moist and yummy!

Ingredients:
  • 0.3333333333333333 cup suger
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.3333333333333333 cup oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix together suger and cinnamon in a small bowl; set aside.
  3. Combine all-purpose flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
  4. Combine beaten egg, milk, and oil in a separate bowl; add to flour mixture. Stir until just moistened.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with half of the reserved cinnamon-sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon-sugar mixture. Draw a knife through batter to marble.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes.
